  • Two 25 minutes halves with a 5 minute break in between halves

  • Offside rules apply the same as 11-aside soccer

  • Teams play with an equal number of field players and one goalkeeper up to 8 field players and 1 goalkeeper.

  • A minimum of 6 of your rostered players need to be present to play a game.  Otherwise, the team with under the minimum number of players for a game must forfeit. A scrimmage game can still be played during the game slot, and teams can distribute players so that an even match can be played.

  • Playing time for all players should be balanced throughout the game.  Provided the team has extra players for substitutions, all players should be subbed at least once.  Highly skilled players should have time off the field.

  • The goalkeeping position should be rotated, so that all players get experience on the field, and no one player is always playing goalkeeper.
